Mariejo Alera is Project Coordinator at Hey Reliable, where she keeps everything organized, on schedule, and running smoothly behind the scenes. Whether it’s managing company calendars, wrangling project details across time zones, or keeping internal systems like our CRM in check, Mariejo plays a quiet but essential role in keeping the team focused and our clients supported.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and previously worked as a Human Resource Manager across several industries—experience that brings calm, structure, and care to every task she takes on.

Outside of work, Mariejo enjoys cooking healthy meals and experimenting with new recipes. She’s also passionate about writing and hopes to someday publish a book focused on creating joy and stability for children with special needs.
