Marketing Manager

Position Overview
As a Marketing Manager at Hey Reliable, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. You will manage digital campaigns, optimize content marketing efforts, and analyze performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients
• Manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, email campaigns, and social media outreach
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and other digital marketing channels
• Analyze marketing performance data to refine strategies and improve conversion rates
• Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing assets that align with company objectives
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry
• Optimize website content and SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and engagement
• Monitor and manage the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and engagement
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a digital or agency environment
• Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media platforms
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven marketing decisions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
