Yes. Your hours are flexible and can be used however you need—across any number of websites, projects, or tasks. They’re not tied to a single scope or client.

You can purchase additional hours anytime. To keep your discounted rate, new hours are added as a separate block of 50, 100, or 200 hours. Each block has its own two-year validity period and can be used right away alongside your existing balance.

Your hours are valid for two years after purchase, giving you plenty of time to use them.

Hourly development blocks are non-refundable, so we recommend planning to use your hours within the two-year validity period. The good news? You can use them for any task, project, or service—whenever you need.

We can provide a monthly report showing how many hours you’ve used and how many remain—just let us know if you’d like that. If you’d prefer to approve each task or project before we begin, we can do that too. By default, though, we get started right away to keep things moving quickly.

Absolutely. White-label development is a core part of what we do, especially for agencies. There won’t be any mention of Hey Reliable in your projects—we stay completely behind the scenes. Our staging server is white label, we use your agency details when creating WordPress themes, and we use a white-label email address throughout development. Our development process can vary depending on your project type and the code or CMS output, but all projects have a few things in common. First, everything we create goes through an intensive 4-step quality assurance and testing process before we send it to you. Second, we most often follow a waterfall methodology—giving you plenty of time to review and provide feedback—starting with a single page as soon as it’s ready. That way, we can confirm you’re thrilled and the details are 100% right before moving on.

Usually, yes! We’re happy to support most front-end or CMS projects, even if we didn’t build them originally. We look at these on a case-by-case basis—if the site is heavily customized or has significant bugs, we may recommend a fresh approach to make sure your time (and budget) is well spent.
