Reliable Stands with Ukraine

Friends and clients,

As the manager of a distributed, global team, it is my great privilege to be able to work with some of the most talented web developers in the world. With Reliable’s remote structure, we can hire and retain teammates who are on the leading edge of web design and development and respond to clients across the globe at any hour. Reliable has staff in the United States, Asia, and Europe. We also have team members based in Ukraine.

From my location in Athens, Georgia, USA, I have watched the news of Russia’s invasion unfold with deep concern for our teammates’ well-being. Thankfully, all of our Ukrainian team members are reporting that they are safe, and we will continue to check in with them and their families. To our clients who have asked about their safety, thank you for your thoughtfulness, concern, and outpouring of support.

The potentially life-threatening circumstances our Ukrainian colleagues are facing underscore one of Reliable’s most important core values:

We put people first. Every single time. Never an exception.

We are human. Sometimes we need to take care of family members. Sometimes we need to take care of ourselves. Sometimes we need to offer compassion, generosity, and support to others in our lives who need it. This is one of those times.

My job is to ensure our clients can count on Reliable for unparalleled quality in our design and development services without sacrificing the humanity of our organization. At the end of the day, people come first. Guided by this core value, we will prioritize our Ukrainian teammates’ health and safety and offer them all the flexibility and understanding we can during this challenging time.

Thank you for your kindness and continued partnership. We appreciate your support more than you know.
