Position Overview
Join our team as a Client Support Specialist and become a pivotal point of contact for our valued clients. In this role, you will ensure that all client interactions are handled with a high degree of professionalism and efficiency. You will manage communications through various channels including phone, Zoom, and our advanced shared inbox tool, Front, to provide a seamless and positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects while actively monitoring the support inbox, ensuring seamless operations, adherence to timelines and budgets, and delivering a client experience that is responsive, reassuring, and exceptionally well-managed
  • Collaborate with support and project management team members to ensure clients receive prompt, comprehensive responses that address every inquiry with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Efficiently respond to client inquiries and issues, offering solutions that are clear, thoughtful, and empathetic
  • Handle communications across multiple platforms such as phone, Zoom, and email, ensuring consistency and quality in every client interaction
  • Work collaboratively with team members to resolve client concerns promptly and uphold the highest standard of service excellence

Required Skills and Experience

  • Background in the design and development industry, preferably with knowledge of WordPress
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of breaking down complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and remain composed in a dynamic environment
  • Skilled in using shared inbox tools like Front, and comfortable conducting client meetings via phone or Zoom
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the confidence to address unfamiliar questions while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • A collaborative spirit, eager to work with a team and contribute to the collective success of our organization
