Program Manager

Position Overview
Join our team as a Program Manager for our WordPress maintenance services. This part-time contract position is remote but requires the candidate to be based in Ireland. As the Program Manager, you will oversee the effective execution and continuous improvement of our WordPress maintenance program, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the scheduling and execution of WordPress maintenance tasks, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare and distribute detailed monthly reports to clients, summarizing maintenance activities and system health.
• Liaise with support team members, project directors, and developers to address and resolve any program-related issues.
• Continually assess and enhance the program, adopting best practices and innovative solutions to improve service quality.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience with WordPress.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities within a part-time contract schedule.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Superior communication skills, adept at managing client expectations and explaining technical details clearly.
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a proven track record of enhancing program effectiveness and client satisfaction.
• Ability to write clear, easy-to-understand emails that match Hey Reliable’s brand voice.
• Proficiency in using communication tools like Front, and comfortable conducting client meetings via Zoom and phone.
