UI/UX Designer

Position Overview
As a Web UI/UX Designer at Hey Reliable, you will create clean, modern, and user-focused web interfaces that balance aesthetics with usability. You will work on both new designs and existing projects, ensuring consistency, clarity, and high attention to detail across all deliverables. This is a fast-paced role where precision and efficiency are equally important.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually appealing web interfaces from scratch
• Refine and improve existing designs while maintaining consistency across pages and projects
• Work within and evolve established design systems to ensure cohesive user experiences
• Apply strong UI/UX principles, including layout, spacing, hierarchy, and typography
• Ensure design consistency and pixel-level accuracy across all work
• Collaborate closely with developers to align designs with real-world implementation constraints
• Communicate clearly and effectively in written English within an async work environment
• Balance speed and quality, delivering polished work within deadlines

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong foundation in UI/UX design principles
• Excellent attention to detail, especially in spacing, alignment, and typography
• Proficiency in Figma
• Ability to work within and improve design systems
• Experience designing both new interfaces and iterating on existing ones
• Strong problem-solving skills and design thinking
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Clear written communication skills for remote collaboration

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with WordPress environments, especially builder-based workflows
• Experience collaborating closely with developers on implementation
