At Hey Reliable, we’re always working hard to make sure we’re providing the best possible service to our clients. And this year, we’re kicking things up a notch with some major improvements and additions to our offerings.
Here’s what’s in store for Hey Reliable 2023:
1. New Look, Who Dis?
We’re revamping our website. Our current site has been up for over six years, and so much has changed since then, not just with Hey Reliable but in the world of design and development. Our new site will be fresh, modern, and easy to navigate, making it a more useful resource for our clients and potential clients alike, not to mention the design to code community at large. Keep an eye out for our big launch before the end of Q2.
2. Support & QA: The More, The Merrier
We know that having a reliable support system is key to delivering top-notch results, which is why we’re expanding our team. In the first half of 2023, we’ll be hiring more support team members based in a GMT-5 through GMT-8 timezone. We’ll also be hiring more quality assurance engineers based in a GMT+1 or GMT+2 timezone. This will allow us to provide even more availability and faster turnaround times during U.S. and European business hours.
3. Let’s Get This Maintenance Started
WordPress maintenance, that is. We hear from clients all the time about the need for a maintenance plan to manage their site or their client’s sites, and we made that a priority in January. In fact, our newly launched maintenance plans are live on our site now — go check them out! To celebrate this launch, annual plans are 20% off for the month of February and include a free Hey Reliable hat as a gift!
4. Project Spec Whisperer
We’ve all been there – clients not providing enough information or functionality notes, leaving room for assumptions, and leading to project issues. But we’ve got you covered. In the second half of 2023, we’re launching something that will make your project nightmares go away forever. With 10+ years of experience, our team has a tried and true method of organizing project notes that leaves no room for grey areas or assumptions. Whether you send your project to us to code or another dev team, this new offering will help keep your design-to-code projects on time and on budget.
5. Raising the Content Management Bar
We’re thrilled to announce that we’re adding Craft CMS and Contentful to our services in 2023. But what are Craft and Contentful, you ask? They’re two of the most exciting and innovative content management systems (CMS) on the market. Both offer a sleek, user-friendly interface and powerful features that make managing your website a breeze. Plus, they’re a step up from traditional platforms like WordPress, offering even more flexibility and customization options. 6. A Proposal You Can’t Refuse
Our current proposal system built on WordPress has been a resounding success, earning us numerous compliments over the years. We initially designed and coded it almost 4 years ago, which means it’s time for an upgrade. This year, we’re investing in our proposal system once again and are excited to unveil a renewed design that’s even more user-friendly, informative, and helpful in getting your projects started fast.
7. So Long, Farewell Teamwork
Auf Wiedersehen, goodnight. We’ve been using Teamwork Projects for years now, and while it’s served our team well and is a wonderful productivity and project management tool for agencies, we’ve heard your feedback – clients aren’t in love with it. So, in the latter half of 2023, we’ll be designing and coding our own platform from the ground up. Our new project management system will be way more intuitive, making it easier for you to add tasks, run reports, refill hours, and more.
