- Login credentials *For your security, we recommend sharing credentials using a secure password sharing platform as opposed to sending credentials in a plain text email. For additional help or questions about sharing credentials, please contact us. If you’re using WordPress, we’ll need WP admin access as well as hosting or FTP access. - Your device and browser info (helpful for troubleshooting in some cases)

Office Hours
We’re available Monday through Friday during normal business hours across both North America and Europe, with the added bonus of near round-the-clock coverage. You’ll hear from us starting in the early morning hours in Europe (around 2am EST) and continuing well into the evening in the U.S. (around 7pm EST).
We’re closed on weekends and holidays.

We primarily use Teamwork Projects for our internal project management. However, we understand that everyone has their preferences, so we don’t require our clients to use Teamwork. We’re happy to communicate through email.
For clients with large or ongoing projects, advance purchases of 50+ hours, or a retainer plan, you can invite us to join your project management system—whether that’s Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday, Wrike, or another tool of your choice.
