Reliable is looking for a design manager to join our remote team!
As a design manager at Reliable, you’ll be an advocate for our designer and agency clients, overseeing their projects and collaborating with them as well as our project management, development, and quality assurance teams to ensure projects are coded on time, on budget, and to perfection. This is a full-time contractor position perfect for someone who has a kind, friendly personality and a background in the web design industry. The position is open to applicants based in the U.S. ideally in the EST timezone.

Qualifications
- Experience with design programs Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
- Experience with WordPress
- Experience with web design and development
- Experience with web hosting
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Experience working with tools such as Front and Teamwork a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Process-oriented – ability to identify opportunities to create repeatable practices
- Problem-solver – ability to quickly identify problems and mobilize resources to address them
- A kind, warm personality
- Complete comfort in speaking with new and repeat clients via phone, video, and email
